Our Compensation Philosophy

We pay people not positions. We practice a pay-for-performance approach to compensation. Your total compensation is based on your total contribution to the successful results of the company. We do not utilize pay scales or pay grades that are typically based on years of service and job title to determine the value of your contributions. Our approach to compensation allows us the flexibility to differentiate and reward our top contributors based on their results.
