INVISTA recognized as “ 5-star micro-firefighting station” in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park

The Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP) firefighting bureau held its “2016 micro-firefighting station” recognition ceremony at INVISTA Nylon Chemicals (China) Co., Ltd, including a firefighting drill demonstration by INVISTA. During the ceremony, INVISTA was granted the only “5-star micro-firefighting station” award out of all SCIP companies.

Choo Ching Chua, INVISTA site manager, said, “INVISTA is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees and neighbors. We are honored to be granted the only “5-star micro-firefighting station” award in SCIP—this is an immense recognition and encouragement. We thank the SCIP Administrative Committee (SCIP AC) and firefighting bureau for their guidance and help.”
