INVISTA has obtained a permanent injunction against M&G Polymers USA, LLC and M&G USA Corporation relating to infringement of INVISTA’s U.S. Patent No. 7,943,216.
On May 5, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit denied the motion by the two M&G companies to stay a permanent injunction, which was entered by the Delaware U.S. District Court last month.
