Five years in the making, Mountain Hardware is launching their first backpack series at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market - the Exodus, Objective, and Aspiration series. The fabric they chose for the packs had to be lightweight, durable and comfortable - CORDURA®. "We were looking for high quality, high strength, and proven technology in the fabrics for our new line of packs. CORDURA® was the obvious choice," says Erik Hamerschlag, Product Manager, Mountain Hardware.

CORDURA® fabrics are two times more durable than standard nylon and three times more durable than standard polyester. The fabrics are tested and certified to be resistant to abrasions, tears and scuffs, helping backpackers keep their packs looking newer and lasting longer.
