Celebrity Designer Vern Yip Selects Flooring Themes for Today's Flooring Style Sweepstakes

ATLANTA– December 7, 2005 – Homeowners can enter online at www.stainmaster.com to win a grand prize of STAINMASTER® flooring in three rooms of their home, valued at up to $4,999, in the Today's Flooring Style Sweepstakes from INVISTA's STAINMASTER® carpet group. The sweepstakes will feature celebrity designer Vern Yip, who will select different flooring options for each of the three rooms in the grand prize winner's home.

Contestants can enter to win at www.stainmaster.com until January 15, 2006. The grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on January, 18, 2006.

Once the grand prize winner is selected, visitors to the Web site will be able to vote from February 20, 2006, until March 5, 2006, on flooring themes, such as Traditional, Transitional, or Contemporary, which have been selected by Vern and posted at www.stainmaster.com. Eligible rooms include all interior living spaces, excluding basements. Web voters are invited to view photos of the three rooms and vote on which of the three design theme options should be chosen for the rooms.

The grand prize winner will receive STAINMASTER® carpet, STAINMASTER® area rugs, STAINMASTER™ resilient flooring, and/or STAINMASTER® bound carpet rugs complete with STAINMASTER™ carpet cushion for three rooms, chosen by STAINMASTER® carpet Web site voters.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada, and own his or her own home to enter. The grand prize also includes carpet delivery, old carpet removal and disposal, and new STAINMASTER® flooring installation valued up to $4,999.
