INVISTA Announces New Lifetime* Warranty for its STAINMASTER® Brand
INVISTA Surfaces, a division of INVISTA Performance Surfaces & Materials and owner of the STAINMASTER® brand, is now offering a new lifetime* warranty on all STAINMASTER® carpets; it covers all food and beverage stains, soiling, static-shock and stains caused by pet urine.
The warranty enhancement is another step in INVISTA’s commitment to its STAINMASTER® brand, to its aligned dealer network and a continued effort to meet the consumers’ needs.
“We continually challenge ourselves to look for opportunities to improve upon our offerings to help create differentiated value for our customers,” said Steve Griffith, chief marketing officer, INVISTA Surfaces. “Our customers told us that they’d expect that a trusted brand like STAINMASTER® carpet would offer a lifetime* warranty, so we made it happen.”

New products and marketing support elements such as print ads and direct mail, which feature lifetime* STAINMASTER® carpet warranties, are available at www.STAINMASTERLink.com. In-store merchandising materials will be available for retailers in late July. In addition, new warranty training is available on www.STAINMASTERLink.com or via an INVISTA Strategic Account Manager.
