Nylon Intermediates EMEA Key Account Manager – Ref: 29559

Location: Any KII European Site or Home Based

This is a critical role within the INVISTA Nylon Intermediates business managing the customer base throughout the EMEA region. Total annual sales volume in excess of 150ktes of product.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with key customers in the EMEA region. Understand their business and identify offerings to solve unmet needs and create long term value by making INVISTA their preferred partner
  • Partner with other INVISTA supply chain capabilities to ensure successful order to cash delivery of our products and services
  • Own the commercial contracts between INVISTA and our customers. Ensure all obligations are met from both parties and evaluate and recommend action on INVISTA contract options
  • Develop POV on pricing and other key contract terms, obtain approval and execute future contracts with our customers
  • Remain closely connected with market dynamics and provide accurate volume forecasts to the supply chain team
  • Transform the way we do business and seek out new ways to innovate offerings to our customers.
  • Develop a point of view of the Nylon 66 market in the region and proactively share within INVISTA. Become a respected key influencer in the marketplace. 
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Ability to travel (2-3 days/week)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships in a way that creates virtuous cycles of mutual benefit
  • Ability to network and influence within a matrix organization
  • Financial analysis / numeracy
  • Foreign language skills are an advantage (French, German, Italian) 
Preferred Previous Knowledge and Experience:
  • Negotiation and management of commercial contracts
  • Account / relationship management of external third parties
  • Degree qualified
